This Privacy Policy explains how Sordol Harvest (the "Application" or "Service") handles information when You use Our mobile app. We designed the Application to work primarily on Your Device, with a focus on local gameplay and depot management.
By using the Service, You agree to the practices described in this Policy. If You do not agree, please discontinue use of the Application.
Logistics puzzle game. Sordol Harvest is a mobile experience for running farm shifts, packing cargo bays, planning delivery routes, competing on depot efficiency leaderboards, and playing the Dock Rush mini-game. Progress, settings, and related data are intended to stay on Your Device unless You choose to contact Us by email.
Capitalized terms in this Policy have the meanings below. The same definitions apply in singular or plural.
Application means Sordol Harvest, the software program provided by Us.
Company ("We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Sordol Harvest.
Country refers to: United Kingdom.
Device means any device that can access the Service (for example a smartphone or tablet).
You means the individual using the Service, or the legal entity on whose behalf that individual uses the Service, as applicable.
Local depot data. Your depot name, lead vehicle, shift tempo, farm shift progress, cargo layouts, saved routes, Dock Rush scores and upgrades, achievements, handling preferences (such as haptics and unit settings), and similar app data are stored locally on Your Device using standard mobile storage. We do not require an account to use the Application.
Photo Library (optional): If You choose a depot avatar from Your library, the Application may request access to Your photo library. Photos are used only when You select an image. We do not upload Your photos to Our servers.
Camera (optional): If You choose to take a new depot avatar photo, the Application may request access to Your camera. Photos are captured only when You take a picture and are stored locally on Your Device.
Leaderboard data. Efficiency rankings shown in the Application are generated for gameplay purposes and stored locally as part of Your depot experience. They are not linked to a cloud account in the current version of the Application.
At this time, Sordol Harvest does not operate user accounts on Our servers, sell personal information, or integrate third-party advertising, attribution (such as AppsFlyer), or push-notification SDKs (such as OneSignal) for tracking purposes.
We do not ask You to sign in, and We do not routinely transmit Your local gameplay data to Us as part of normal use.
If We introduce new features or partners that change these practices, We will update this Policy and the "Last updated" date above before they take effect, where required by law.
If You contact Us by email (for example with a question or support request), We will use the information You provide only to respond to that request and maintain a reasonable record of the conversation. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless necessary.
Data stored on Your Device is protected by Your device's operating system and any security features You enable (such as a passcode or biometric lock). No method of electronic storage is completely secure; We encourage You to keep Your Device updated and protected.
Our Service is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly receive personal information from children under 16 through the Application. If You believe a child has contacted Us inappropriately, please reach out and We will take appropriate steps.
The Application or Our communications may occasionally reference external websites operated by third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Please review their policies when You visit them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy in the Application or on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional steps.
